- Supervise patient flow, tirage and admission processes, ensuring timely admission of patients as per TAT
- Maintain quality standards by ensuring, supervising and auditing documentation, taking legal and financial consents & entering name of treating and referring consultants.
- Resolves Issues related to Bed Management
- Admit patients as per admission day of consultants. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and resource availability.
- Inform floor medical officers, consultants about patient information. E.g. corporate, yojana, referrals, admissions etc
- Critically check/correct accurate and timely documentation of patient admission records like Demographic details, referral doctor name, admission ward, room etc and handover to admission team.
- Maintain file of referral letters and corporate letters.
- Maintain daily report and tracker.
- Attending patient queries and resolving them. Escalate unresolved issues to head of the department as per the issue.
- Inform HOD about red flags.
- To ensure the smooth functioning and coordination of inpatient services
- Ensures discharges are completed on time in the system
- Prepare record of patient feedback forms
