Admission counselor

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Admission Counselor who is passionate about guiding prospective students while achieving enrollment targets. The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive student enrollments by achieving assigned monthly and quarterly admission targets
• Counsel prospective students and parents about courses, career paths, and program benefits
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries
• Conduct follow-ups with leads and convert them into confirmed admissions
• Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate student data
• Participate in education fairs, seminars, webinars, and promotional events
• Build strong relationships with students and parents to enhance conversion rates
• Collaborate with marketing and academic teams to improve lead quality and enrollment strategies

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in admissions, counseling, or sales
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Target-driven mindset with a proactive approach
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:
