Student Counsellor / BDE

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Student Counselor with strong B2B marketing experience. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in student counseling, handling leads, and building professional relationships with institutes, consultants, and corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional student counseling and career guidance
• Handle student inquiries and convert leads into admissions
• Develop and manage B2B partnerships and client relationships
• Plan and execute marketing strategies to generate new business
• Coordinate with internal teams to achieve targets
• Maintain proper records and follow-ups

Requirements:

• Proven experience in student counseling
• Strong background in B2B marketing / business development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
