Business Development Executive

Meds Nexus are looking for Business Development Executive to join our fun, fast-paced, growing team and take care on full responsibility for generating leads and sales - Who is proficient in English communication skills for our Pre-Sales department. It's a salary + commission-based role.

Responsibilities:

1-Calling clients and potential customers to inform them about the services offered.

2-Answering inbound & outbound sales calls, emails, and text messages.

3-Scheduling virtual zoom meetings with clients who are interested.

4-Has to do email marketing and sending emails to clients.

5-Attending/handling virtual zoom meeting and client presentations.

6-Preparing analysis reports, Meeting Minutes

7-Handle other duties as needed or assigned by Manager.

8-Manage customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and ensure resolution.

9-Identify client needs, and respond in a professional, efficient, and courteous manner.

10-2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in a relevant field is required.

Requirements:

Minimum Intermediate in any domain with excellent English communication (Verbal and written) skills (preferably a North American accent)

Experience in MS Office (Word, Excel, PP), RingCentral, Avaya/Cisco IP Phones

Knowledge of the US Healthcare industry, 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in customer support

Available to work during US working hours

Must-Have:

Fluent communication skills
