Job Summary

FMX Cargo, Courier & Logistics is looking for a motivated and performance-driven Area Sales Manager to lead and expand sales operations in the Rawalpindi region. The role focuses on business development, revenue growth, team management, and strengthening customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve area sales targets.
  • Lead, manage, and monitor the performance of Sales Officers and executives.
  • Identify new business opportunities, corporate clients, and potential markets.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key customers and resolve sales-related issues.
  • Coordinate with operations and recovery teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports.
  • Ensure timely recovery of receivables and adherence to credit policies.
  • Conduct market analysis and provide feedback on competitor activities.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10–15 years of experience in sales, preferably in courier, cargo, or logistics.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/sales reporting tools.
