Business Development Executive (BDE) – UK Real Estate

Location: Bahria Town Phase 7, Rawalpindi
Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site
Shift: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM (Evening Shift)

Job Description

We are looking for experienced Business Development Executives (BDEs) for UK real estate outbound campaigns. The role involves cold calling, lead generation, pitching real estate services, and closing deals with UK-based clients.

This is a strictly on-site position. Candidates with strong English communication skills and proven UK cold-calling experience are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound cold calls for UK real estate campaigns
  • Generate, qualify, and convert leads
  • Pitch company services confidently to potential clients
  • Close deals and achieve daily and monthly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate call logs and follow-up records
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support conversions
  • Meet performance targets and deadlines consistently

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in the real estate sector (required)
  • Experience in UK outbound cold calling
  • Strong spoken English and client-handling skills
  • Confidence in cold calling and objection handling
  • Target-oriented, performance-driven mindset
  • Ability to work on-site during evening hours

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary: Up to PKR 140,000 (based on experience)

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs140,000.00 per month
