Proposal & Tender Coordinator

Position: Proposal & Tender Coordinator
Employment Type: Full Time
Mode of Work: Onsite
Work Days & Timings: 9 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday (alternating Saturdays off)
Gender Preference: Male
Locations Assigned: Rawalpindi

Role Overview:
Scaleup Connect is hiring on behalf of our clients for the position of Proposal & Tender Coordinator. This individual will be responsible for supporting bids, tenders, proposals, and expert coordination within the sales team. The role also involves communication with stakeholders and developing business opportunities for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and screen Terms of Reference (ToRs), EOIs, and tender documents
  • Manage bid timelines, compliance checklists, and submission schedules
  • Format, compile, and package technical and financial proposals
  • Edit and standardize expert CVs as per client/donor requirements
  • Support technical and financial teams during proposal development
  • Maintain and update expert databases and CV repositories
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external experts for bid inputs
  • Assist with stakeholder mapping, communications, and bid-related events

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or related field
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in bidding, proposals, or consulting support (preferred)
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (strong formatting skills required)
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines with high attention to detail
