Job Profile
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Officer to manage the company’s purchasing activities efficiently and cost-effectively. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing quality products and services, negotiating contracts, maintaining supplier relationships, and ensuring compliance with company procurement policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Estimate and establish cost parameters and budgets for procurement activities.
- Develop and implement purchasing plans for equipment, services, and supplies.
- Review, analyze, and evaluate vendors/suppliers, including pricing, quality, and delivery options.
- Negotiate the best possible deals for pricing, payment terms, and supply contracts in the company’s favor.
- Create, maintain, and strengthen professional relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Ensure all procured products and supplies meet quality standards and are cost-effective.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, contracts, invoices, and other procurement data.
- Maintain and regularly update the supplier database, including credentials, packages, lead times, and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs and timelines.
- Work closely with the Procurement Manager and team members on assigned tasks and projects.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical procurement standards.
Requirements
- Experience: 2–3 years of core corporate procurement experience
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field

- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/procurement systems

Preferred Attributes
- Experience in corporate or large-scale procurement environments
- Familiarity with contract management and supplier performance evaluation
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
