Manager Procurement (Construction / Real Estate)

Mustafa Developers is seeking a highly experienced, strategic, and result-driven Manager Procurement with strong expertise in construction procurement and vendor management. The ideal candidate will lead procurement operations, ensure timely availability of quality materials/services, manage supplier relationships, and drive cost optimization across multiple projects.

Industry: Construction / Real Estate Development
Experience Required: 7–10 Years (Construction Procurement & Strategic Sourcing)

Qualification

• BBA / MBA (Supply Chain Management / Procurement / Operations)
• Professional Certifications (CIPS, CPSM, Supply Chain) will be an added advantage

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end procurement of construction materials, equipment & services as per project requirements
Develop and implement procurement strategies and sourcing plans aligned with budgets, timelines, and quality standards
Build and manage a strong supplier network for civil, MEP, finishing items, and contractor/vendor sourcing
Handle supplier negotiations, contract finalization, rate approvals, and issuance of purchase orders
Ensure smooth coordination with site and project teams for timely deliveries and execution support

Monitor vendor performance, quality compliance, and resolve procurement/supply chain issues proactively
Maintain procurement systems, documentation, BOQs, comparative statements, and reporting for audits & management review
Drive cost control and cost-saving initiatives through market benchmarking and alternative sourcing
Collaborate with Finance/Accounts on invoice verification, payment approvals, reconciliation, and procurement compliance
Ensure procurement policies, controls, and approvals are followed across all projects

Special Requirement (Credit Management – Supplier Engagement)

Must have strong expertise in credit negotiation and supplier relationship management, ensuring vendors and contractors comply with agreed credit terms while maintaining uninterrupted supply for project continuity.

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
