Supply Chain Finance Manager

Role Summary/ Purpose: Primary responsibilities: Order fulfillment, Inventory management & Operations Management.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Work with the supply chain team for order booking and order fulfillment.
• Coordinate with sourcing, suppliers, and the modality team on the issuance of purchase orders for locally sourced items.
• Follow supply Chain processes for on-time delivery.
• Ensure timely fulfilment of locally sourced items.
• Coordinating with Project management on project execution.
• Maintain and process documentation.
• Updating SAP for all transactions.
• Data Entry & tracking.
• Organizing transportation activities for Inbound & Outbound movement.
• To follow up and coordinate with the Finance department on payments on time.
• Interdepartmental support to Logistics, Commercial & Commercial Operations in day-to-day operations.
• Coordination with suppliers: Transportation, Warehouse and other Service providers.

Qualifications/ Requirements:

• Graduate in Business Administration with 4 -5 years of experience.
• Excellent Excel skills.
• Knowledge of SAP or any other ERP system.
• Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills (written and oral)
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
