CAFM Operator ( Computer-Aided Facility Management )

The CAFM Operator at a construction site is responsible for managing the CAFM system, updating asset and maintenance data, scheduling preventive maintenance, tracking and resolving maintenance issues, generating reports, managing inventory, coordinating with contractors and suppliers, ensuring safety compliance, troubleshooting system issues, and maintaining documentation of all maintenance activities.

- Practical Experience in Facility Management Operations

- Proficiency in CAFM Systems and Related Software

- Arabic Preferred, Basic English

Salary : SAR 2500

Visa Expense : 250,000 PKR
