Admission Counselor ( Sales)

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Admission Counselor to join our team. This role is highly sales-focused, responsible for driving student enrollments and achieving admission targets. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and counseling skills, a persuasive approach, and the ability to convert prospective leads into confirmed admissions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets by converting prospective leads into enrolled students.
  • Provide professional counseling to prospective students and parents regarding available programs, career opportunities, and course benefits.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries related to admissions.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with leads to maximize conversion rates.
  • Maintain and update CRM records with accurate student and lead information.
  • Participate in education fairs, seminars, webinars, and promotional events to generate new leads.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students and parents to enhance trust and improve enrollment conversions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and academic teams to support lead generation and enrollment strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in admissions counseling, student recruitment, or sales-related roles.
  • Strong sales, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Target-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to achieving goals.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office applications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • Admission counselling : 2 years (Required)
