Job Description – Admission Officer (IT Training Institute)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Admission Officer to join our IT Training Institute. The Admission Officer will be responsible for achieving admission targets, driving sales, and ensuring smooth enrollment processes. This role demands excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills, with a strong focus on achieving monthly and quarterly admission goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly and quarterly admission & sales targets set by management.
• Counsel and guide prospective students regarding IT courses and training programs.
• Handle inquiries (walk-ins, calls, online leads, social media) and convert them into admissions.
• Maintain strong follow-up with leads and prospective students through calls, emails, and meetings.
• Develop and execute effective admission strategies to increase student enrollment.
• Maintain updated knowledge of all training programs, schedules, and fee structures.
• Assist in organizing seminars, open houses, and promotional activities to generate leads.
• Ensure a positive admission experience and smooth documentation for enrolled students.
• Coordinate with marketing and academic departments to align admission campaigns with institutional goals.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on leads, follow-ups, conversions, and target achievements.
• Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, admissions, or customer service (preferably in an educational/training institute).
• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/ERP systems for lead management.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if required.
