Job Title: HIMS Officer

Responsibilities:
- As HMIS Officer, you will support the implementation of the HMIS by leading on users' capacity building and delivery of trainings.
- Collect.compile and analyze the HMIS data and submit daily/monthly HMIS reports.
- Prepare monthly quarterly annually and end of grants reports.
- Participate in coordination and HMIS team meetings.
- Assist in medical records keeping with responsible staff.
- Develop deferent HMIS tools for monitoring of User Compliance.
- Organize monthly HMIS review meeting for health facilities staff.
- Compliance of HMIS Users.
- Ensure all training activities are monitored and evaluated.
- Ensure the quality translation of all HMIS learning materials.
- Provide technical input during the configuration and customization of ICare ensuring data from the HMIS is accurately captured.
- Ability to facilitate and lead trainings.
- Ability to plan and design practices, processes and procedures that allow for effective management of people, resources, and processes to optimize overall organizational performance.
- Applies organizational knowledge to identify, recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational challenges.
- Ability to effectively transmit, explain complex technical concepts in simple, clear language appropriate to the audience; and receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and ne through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.

Skills & Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience:
- Minimum 2.5 years of experience.
