Manager – Food & Beverage (F&B)

Location: Dreamworld Resort, Hotel & Golf Course – Karachi

Experience Required: Minimum 8–10 years in the hotel/hospitality industry in a managerial level.

Job Summary:

Dreamworld Resort, Hotel & Golf Course is seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager – F&B to lead and oversee all food and beverage operations across our resort. The ideal candidate will bring strategic vision, operational excellence, and a strong background in hospitality to elevate guest experiences and drive F&B revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead and manage all F&B department including restaurants, banquets, room service, catering.

· Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene across all outlets.

· Develop and implement cost-effective strategies for menu planning, inventory control, and budgeting.

· Monitor guest satisfaction and maintain strong customer service standards.

· Coordinate with chefs, kitchen, and service teams to maintain smooth operations.

· Drive sales through promotions, events, and improved service standards.

· Recruit, train, and supervise F&B staff; ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

· Oversee vendor relationships and procurement of food and beverage supplies.

· Prepare and analyze reports on food costs, sales performance, and service quality.

Requirements:

· Minimum 8–10 years of proven experience in F&B management, preferably in 4 or 5-star hotels or resorts.

· Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.

· In-depth knowledge of F&B trends, hygiene standards, and customer preferences.

· Hands-on experience in budgeting, cost control, and P&L analysis.

· Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field (preferred).

· Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
