Shift Manager

Are you an experienced leader with a passion for hospitality? We're looking for a dedicated and proactive Shift Manager to join our team in Karachi.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant during your shift
• Lead and motivate the team to provide exceptional customer service
• Manage staff schedules and delegate tasks efficiently
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and ensure satisfaction
• Maintain inventory levels, ensure food safety standards, and assist with ordering supplies
• Monitor and control labor and food costs, ensuring adherence to budget
• Train, develop, and provide feedback to restaurant staff
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, both front and back of house

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years' as a Shift Manager or in a similar managerial role in the food and beverage industry.
• Education: Graduate in a relevant field.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• restaurant industry/ Qsr: 2 years (Preferred)
