Position Overview:

The Admission Officer will be responsible for managing the entire student admission process — from handling inquiries and counseling prospective students to converting leads into successful enrollments. The role requires strong communication skills, a student-centered approach, and the ability to manage both digital and in-person admission channels efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to admission-related inquiries via phone, email, and social media.
  • Guide and counsel prospective students and parents about programs, eligibility criteria, and the admission process.
  • Convert leads into confirmed admissions by providing accurate information and maintaining regular follow-ups.
  • Manage and update inquiries and admissions data in the institute’s record management system.
  • Coordinate and support admission campaigns, open houses, and promotional activities.
  • Conduct campus visits and student briefings, ensuring a positive and informative experience.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to respond to online inquiries and maintain active engagement across social media platforms.
  • Handle documentation, fee collection coordination, and verification of admission requirements.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly admission reports and track conversion metrics.
  • Ensure all admission processes comply with institutional policies and deadlines.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in student admissions, counseling, or customer service (experience in an educational institute preferred).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu.
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and counseling abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM or student management systems.
  • Ability to work independently and meet admission targets.
  • Confident, energetic, and student-friendly personality.

Compensation:

Competitive salary commensurate with experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
