  • Review student documents for completeness and accuracy.
  • Prepare, submit, and track university admission applications.
  • Follow up regularly with universities for offer letters, updates, and additional requirements.
  • Guide students through country-specific visa processes (USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Europe, etc.).
  • Prepare and verify all visa-related documents including financials, DS-160, CAS, SOPs, and sponsor documents etc.
  • Book appointments, assist with biometrics/medical exams, and ensure students meet embassy deadlines.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of visa rules, embassy changes, and compliance requirements.
  • Maintain professional communication with universities, embassies, and application portals.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (marketing, counseling, operations) to support smooth workflow.
  • Update students and parents regularly on application and visa status.
  • Provide pre-departure guidance including accommodation, travel, and orientation support.
  • Handle student queries with patience, professionalism, and clarity.
  • Ensure a positive client experience throughout the process.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
