We are now seeking a passionate, results‑driven Admission Officer to spearhead student enrolment, coordinate academic operations, and help bring our institute to life!

Job Summary

As an Admission Officer, you will be the driving force behind filling our course batches, managing the entire admission lifecycle, coordinating with faculty, and ensuring seamless day‑to‑day operations. You will work closely with management to meet enrolment targets and contribute to the growth of AIAAM.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage End‑to‑End Admissions:
  • Handle inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, social media, walk‑ins, and website.
  • Conduct personalised counselling sessions (in‑person/virtual) to guide prospective students on course selection, fees, career prospects, and institute facilities.
  • Process applications, verify documents, maintain accurate student records, and ensure timely fee collection.
  • Drive Batch Filling & Meet Targets:
  • Aggressively pursue leads and convert them into confirmed admissions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to generate and nurture leads.
  • Implement follow‑up strategies (calls, emails, reminders, open‑house events) to maximise conversion.
  • Monitor batch status daily and report progress to management.
  • Faculty & Academic Coordination:
  • Schedule classes, workshops, and practical sessions with Doctors, Lecturers, and Guest Faculty.
  • Ensure faculty availability aligns with the academic calendar.
  • Communicate student details, attendance, and special requirements to faculty.
  • Institute Administration:
  • Assist in fee collection, receipt generation, and financial reporting.
  • Organise orientation programmes, open houses, and student events.
  • Maintain confidentiality of student data and manage document storage.
  • Reporting & Data Analysis:
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports on admission metrics (conversion rates, lead sources, batch fill rates).
  • Analyse data to identify improvement areas and recommend actionable strategies.
  • Student Relations:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to students and families.
  • Resolve queries and complaints promptly and professionally.

Requirements

✅ Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, Communications, or a related field.
  • (MBA/M.Sc. in Admissions or Marketing is a plus).

✅ Experience:

  • 2–3 years of proven experience in admissions, student counselling, sales, or customer servicepreferably in an educational institute (vocational, medical, paramedical, or alternative medicine fields).
  • Demonstrated success in meeting enrolment targets and filling batches consistently.

✅ Skills & Competencies:
