Admissions Officer
to join its team.
The Admission Officer is expected to manage the end-to-end admissions process, drive enrolment growth, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
The successful candidate will play a key role in achieving enrolment targets while maintaining strong relationships with prospective and current families.
Key Responsibilities:

Meet with prospective parents to explain admission procedures, curriculum, fee structure, and school regulations to support enrolment process.

Maintain accurate records of available places and manage up-to-date waiting lists, including placement test results where applicable.

Update and manage the student information database, ensuring accurate records.

Oversee annual enrolment processes, including re-enrolment, and student registration within agreed timelines.

Maintain and create records for applicants, new students, current students, exiting students, and alumni. Complete all withdrawal documentation.

Ensure compliance with Ministry of Education regulations and other relevant governing authorities during the admissions process.

Ensure school policies, procedures, and codes of conduct are followed at all times, addressing audit requirements promptly
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (BA or BSc) from a reputable university.
0-2 years of experience in admissions, customer service, or a related field (internships are a plus)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
Good organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn admissions processes, systems.
