Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and guide prospective students and their families, providing clear and accurate information about admission requirements, procedures, and programs.
- Support the admissions process by reviewing and organizing student applications in line with university criteria.
- Assist in coordinating admission test sessions and ensure a smooth applicant experience.
- Enter and update applicant information accurately in the admissions system and maintain organized records.
- Conduct initial reviews of high school certificates to confirm eligibility.
- Communicate professionally with applicants regarding their admission status and required documentation.
- Provide general advising to applicants about academic programs, study options, and financial aid opportunities.
- Participate in school visits, student fairs, and outreach events to promote GIU programs and engage with potential applicants.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure an efficient, supportive, and welcoming admission process.
- Contribute to departmental reports and assist with continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university (required).
- Fluent English communication skills — both spoken and written (required).
- 1–3 years of experience in an academic, administrative, or customer service role (preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — with a friendly and professional approach.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
- A team player with a positive attitude, eager to learn and grow within a supportive environment.
