Job Summary

Amore Learning School is looking for a dynamic Admission Partner / Coordinator in Qatar to support student admissions and marketing activities.

The candidate will play a key role in student recruitment, marketing, and parent coordination, helping grow our international online school presence.

This role combines admissions + marketing responsibilities, which are essential for increasing student enrollment

Key Responsibilities

• Promote Amore Learning School in Saudi (online & offline)
• Generate student admissions through marketing campaigns
• Handle enquiries from parents and students
• Guide parents through the admission process
• Build partnerships with tuition centers / agents
• Conduct presentations, meetings & webinars
• Support digital marketing (WhatsApp, social media, ads)
• Maintain student database and follow-ups
• Achieve monthly admission targets

Admission coordinators typically handle enquiries, applications, and student communication
Marketing coordinators support campaigns and student recruitment growth

Requirements

• Experience in education / school / training institute
• Strong knowledge of CBSE / IGCSE / online education
• Good communication & convincing skills
• Ability to work independently

Language Requirement:

• English (Mandatory)
• Hindi (Required)
• Malayalam (Preferred)

Preferred Candidate

• Experience in admissions / marketing / sales
• Based in Saudi with local network
• Passion for education sector
