WORK SCHEDULE: This is a part-time position with hours generally required during the school's business day, though occasional evenings and weekends may be necessary for special events like open houses. The number of hours per week range from 20-25 hours per week.

JOB OVERVIEW
The Part-Time Admissions and Recruitment Coordinator is the primary point of contact for prospective families and is responsible for managing the admissions process from initial inquiry through enrollment. This role supports the school's enrollment goals by conducting outreach, coordinating admissions events, and ensuring a positive experience for all applicants.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Serve as the first point of contact for prospective families, answering phone calls and emails regarding the admissions process.
Manage and track applicant information in the school's database or Student Information System (SIS).
Coordinate and schedule school tours, interviews, and informational sessions for prospective parents and students.
Assist with the planning and execution of recruitment events, such as open houses and information nights.
Assist in creating and distributing marketing materials for recruitment efforts, collaborating with other staff as needed.
Follow up with families throughout the application process to ensure all required paperwork is submitted.
Communicate admission decisions and enrollment requirements to families in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain confidentiality of all student and family information.
Assist with the re-enrollment process for current students.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service to diverse families.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience with database management or student information systems.
Self-aware, goal-oriented, flexible, and capable of working independently and as part of a team. A positive, friendly, and patient demeanor is essential.

QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION
Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
Education: Associate's degree required; bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience: A minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in an educational or customer service-related role.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Able to work indoors and occasionally outdoors. Position requires sitting, standing, squatting, kneeling, seeing, hearing, and the ability to lift a minimum of 40lbs.
