The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and driving student enrollment strategies, branding initiatives, and marketing campaigns across multiple institutions under SGC.

Role Highlights:

Admissions & Outreach:

• Plan and execute comprehensive student recruitment strategies across regions.
• Build partnerships with schools, consultants, and digital platforms for lead generation.
• Conduct counseling sessions, seminars, and webinars to drive student engagement.

Marketing & Branding:

• Develop and implement digital and offline marketing campaigns to enhance institutional visibility.
• Collaborate with the branding team for creative campaigns and promotional activities.
• Manage content, social media, and lead tracking in coordination with internal teams.

Strategy & Operations:

• Set admission targets and monitor performance metrics for lead conversions.
• Prepare marketing plans, event calendars, and progress reports for management review.
• Ensure data-driven decision-making through CRM and campaign analytics.

Team Coordination:

• Lead and mentor the admissions and marketing team for effective execution.
• Liaise with academic heads, branding, and digital marketing teams for cross-departmental alignment.

Candidate Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
• Proven track record in admissions, institutional marketing, or student recruitment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, social media marketing, and lead management platforms.
