Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for inbound calls, chats, and web inquiries from individuals seeking Mental Health and Substance Abuse Treatment.
• Conduct initial screenings and gather relevant information with empathy and professionalism.
• Manage patient intake by collecting accurate personal, insurance, and medical information efficiently.
• Manage multiple conversations simultaneously across phone and chat platforms.
• Meet and exceed daily/weekly performance metrics (call volume, conversion rates, response times.)
• Collaborate with internal team to ensure a smooth transition into care

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills(verbal and written.)
• High energy, positive attitude, and ability to think on your feet.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems and tools.
• Comfortable working in a structured, metric-driven call center environment.
• Ability to multitask using dual-monitor setups.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Experience in behavioral health, admissions, sales, or call center is a plus (not required.)

Pay: $50,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
