About the Role

Reliance Animation Academy is hiring a Female Counsellor to drive admissions for Animation, VFX, and Graphics courses. The role combines student counselling, admissions, and student engagement to support academy growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students on Animation/VFX/Graphics courses, career paths, and skill development.
• Handle enquiries (walk-ins, calls, online) and convert them into admissions.
• Meet monthly targets for enrolments and student fee collection.
• Assist in admissions and maintain accurate student records (CRM/Excel).
• Coordinate with faculty/management on student academics.
• Support promotional, marketing, and outreach activities (seminars, college visits, events).

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 3–4 years’ experience as an Academic Counsellor in education/training preferably in Animation & VFX training (freshers will not be considered).
• Proven record in center admissions and business development.
• Excellent communication skills in English and the local language of the respective location (e.g., Marathi for Pune, Hindi for Delhi NCR/Jaipur/Mumbai, Kannada for Bengaluru, Telugu for Hyderabad).
• Strong interpersonal skills, organisation, and follow-up abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
