Admissions Counselor

Job Title: Admissions Counselor (Sales – Study Abroad)

We are looking for a results-driven Admissions Counselor with a strong sales mindset to guide students through study abroad opportunities and convert leads into enrollments.
You will engage with prospects via phone, WhatsApp, and virtual meetings, providing expert advice on courses, universities, and pathways.
This role combines counseling with sales, requiring strong relationship-building skills and the ability to achieve enrollment targets

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel prospective students on study abroad opportunities, programs, and universities
• Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and online meetings
• Convert leads into enrollments by effectively communicating value and building trust
• Guide applicants through the admissions process from inquiry to final enrollment
• Create engaging marketing content for social media to attract potential students
• Maintain strong follow-ups and manage student pipelines efficiently
• Work independently while coordinating with team members to meet targets and deadlines

Requirements:

• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong sales aptitude with the ability to persuade and close leads
• Creative thinking for marketing and content creation
• Highly motivated, target-driven, and self-organized
• Genuine interest in international education and student recruitment
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Prior experience in admissions counseling or study abroad industry is essential
• Proficiency in IT tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Skype/Zoom)
• Ability to work independently without constant supervision
