The Admissions Recruiter serves as the primary point of contact for students, families, faculty and staff in the areas of recruitment and admissions and as a conduit to Retention & Educational Planning, Financial Aid, Student Accounts, Registrar information and/or Staff. This position requires an outgoing, articulate individual who coordinates outreach activities with secondary schools and community agencies, external program initiatives, and other targeted markets.
Frequent travel is required in this position. Travel to high schools, college fairs, and other recruiting events as well as travel to different CCC locations is required. Travel to SUNY meetings or professional development conferences may be required. Prolonged time sitting/standing working with computers and monitors, ability to walk/move across campus including walking up and down stairs and for travel, ability to lift up to 20 pounds (occasionally may be more), repeated motions may include keyboard typing. Incumbent must perform the essential duties and responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodation.

In accordance with the CCC's personnel policies and/or applicable collective bargaining agreement, regular full-time employees are eligible to receive discretionary employee benefits offered by the college. Temporary employees who work on a full-time basis for a minimum of one (1) semester (or five months) will also be eligible to participate. Full-Time employment is defined by the college is working 37.5-40 hours per week/for Faculty Teaching 15 credit hours per semester. The college offers the following benefit programs:
