Salary: AED 12,000 - 15,000 per month + performance-based incentives

Role Overview

The Associate Director – Admissions is a senior administrative leadership role responsible for managing all admissions-related functions and driving student enrollment in alignment with institutional strategy and regulatory requirements. The role plays a critical part in attracting prospective students, ensuring compliance with MOE and CAA regulations, and leading the admissions team to achieve approved enrollment targets.

The Office of Admissions serves as the primary point of contact for prospective students, providing accurate and timely information on academic programs, admissions standards, academic policies, and student services at the IAU RAK Campus.

Key Responsibilities

Admissions Operations and Compliance

  • Oversee the collection, verification, and final evaluation of Admissions Portfolio (AP) documents in compliance with IAU parent campus policies, MOE, and CAA regulations
  • Manage admissions processing, enrollments, and transfers for approved academic programs
  • Ensure all admissions activities strictly adhere to approved institutional and regulatory procedures

Documentation and Systems Management

  • Oversee the issuance of Acceptance Letters, Program Completion Plans (PCP), Enrollment Agreements, and Transfer Credit Evaluations
  • Ensure accuracy, transparency, and full regulatory compliance of all admissions documentation
  • Ensure students are correctly enrolled and maintained in institutional systems in line with academic approvals

Leadership and Enrollment Strategy

  • Lead, supervise, and develop the admissions team to meet Board-approved enrollment targets
  • Ensure enrollment targets are achieved within approved timelines while maintaining regulatory compliance
  • Coordinate admissions advising, Open House Orientations (OHO), and New Student Orientation (NSO) activities

Policy, Quality, and Regulatory Readiness

  • Contribute to the development, review, and continuous improvement of admissions-related policies, procedures, handbooks, and manuals
  • Monitor regulatory updates from MOE, CAA, and accreditation bodies
  • Support institutional readiness for audits, inspections, and compliance reviews

Strategic Planning and Continuous Improvement

  • Participate in institutional planning, assessment, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Strengthen data accuracy, compliance practices, and admissions effectiveness

Additional Responsibilities

  • Perform other duties as assigned in alignment with institutional governance and regulatory frameworks

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Ras al-Khaimah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • Psychology lecturing : 3 years (Required)
