Admissions Officer

Job Summary:

Tri-Star Education is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Data Entry Officer to manage and facilitate the student admissions process. The role involves filling out applications, collecting and verifying missing documents, and ensuring a smooth admissions journey for students applying to universities. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills, along with the ability to handle multiple applications efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist students in completing university application forms accurately and in a timely manner.
• Follow up with students to collect any missing or required documents.
• Verify and review submitted documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Maintain a database of applications and track their progress.
• Coordinate with university representatives to ensure smooth application processing.
• Provide guidance to students regarding application requirements and deadlines.
• Respond to student inquiries and provide necessary assistance throughout the admissions process.
• Ensure compliance with university policies and admission criteria.
• Work closely with internal teams to improve the admissions experience.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Education, Business, or related discipline preferred).
• Prior experience in admissions, student services, or customer service is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM systems is preferred.
• A proactive approach with problem-solving skills.
