Admissions Officer

We are looking for a dedicated and highly organized Admissions Officer to join our team and support students through the process of pursuing higher education abroad. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic about international education and open to undergoing thorough on-the-job training to master the admissions process. A strong passion for guiding students toward their academic aspirations is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support students throughout the application process, including form completion, document preparation, and timely submission of applications.
• Research universities, their academic offerings, and admission requirements to provide accurate and up-to-date guidance.
• Review and edit personal statements and admission essays to meet institutional standards.
• Communicate effectively with students, educational institutions, and other stakeholders via email, phone, and video calls.
• Ensure all application materials are accurate, complete, and submitted within deadlines.
• Maintain and manage student records in compliance with data protection laws and institutional policies.
• Offer personalized support and clear guidance to students and their families during the admissions journey.

Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree and relevant professional qualifications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Prior experience in a similar role or in the field of international education is preferred.
• Strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other standard office software.
