Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and empathetic Applications Manager to support our admissions team in processing applications with accurate information and data entry.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist student applications through different portals
• Attend sessions and understand the applications requirements
• Coordinate with academic institutions, universities, and visa consultants as required.
• Maintain accurate and confidential student records.
• Guide students through the application and documentation process for international institutions.
• Follow up with potential leads and ensure timely communication.
• Stay updated on current education trends, scholarships, visa policies, and entrance exams.
• Assist in creating promotional materials and participating in education fairs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 1 year experience in processing applications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); CRM experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with international education systems (e.g., USA, UK, Canada, Australia) is an advantage.
