Business Applications Manager

Job description:

We’re looking for a Business Applications Manager to manage our end-to-end digital ecosystem—including E-Commerce, POS systems, and Business Intelligence—while building solutions using modern analytics and automation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure smooth operations and support for:
• E-Commerce platforms (Web, Mobile App, Call Center).
• Retail POS systems: configuration, deployment, and ongoing management.
• Business Intelligence stack including SSRS, Power BI, and data cubes.
• AI-driven dashboards, predictive alerts, and ML-enhanced reports (Preferred)
• Integration of business platforms with different systems
• Lead the Business Applications team as the functional and technical lead
• Design and develop BI dashboards and custom reports to drive decision-making.
• Build and maintain ETL pipelines using SQL and scripting languages.
• Lead application integration projects to streamline cross-system workflows.
• Deliver continuous improvements and automation across all business applications.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong expertise in E-Commerce systems and architecture (Web/App/Call Center).
• Excellent hands-on knowledge of SQL Server, SSRS, data cubes, Metabase and Power BI.
• Working experience with AI/ML concepts, preferably using Python (e.g., scikit-learn, pandas). (Preferred)
• Proven experience in data analysis, dashboard development, and reporting automation.
• Proficiency in Python or C# for automation, analytics, and backend services will be preferred)
• Experience in business application integrations with external/internal systems.
• Ability to lead teams, manage priorities, and deliver business value through tech.
• Vision for how AI, automation, and business intelligence can work together to optimize enterprise performance.
