About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and result-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for driving business growth, building strong client relationships, and identifying opportunities to expand our footprint in the HR Services and FMCG sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business growth strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify, evaluate, and secure new business opportunities in local and international markets.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and strategic partners.
• Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitors, and customer needs.
• Prepare and deliver business proposals, pitches, and reports to stakeholders.
• Lead contract negotiations and close high-value deals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
• Monitor KPIs, sales performance, and provide progress reports to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 4–6 years of proven experience in Business Development, preferably within HR Services or FMCG.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative environment.
