Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Amazon Central Account Manager to oversee our full Amazon business operations, including accounting, financial management, procurement, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing Amazon Seller Central Accounts, business development, and team coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full Amazon Central Account Management: Oversee all aspects of the Amazon seller account, including listings, inventory, pricing, promotions, and compliance.
- Financial & Accounting Oversight: Manage P&L, budgeting, cost analysis, and financial reporting for the Amazon business.
- Procurement & Inventory Management: Ensure optimal stock levels, manage supplier relationships, and oversee procurement processes.
- Business Development: Identify growth opportunities, optimize sales strategies, and expand product lines to maximize revenue.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of 4-5 members, ensuring smooth operations and performance efficiency.
- Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs, sales metrics, and profitability, implementing improvements as needed.
- Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure adherence to Amazon’s policies, accounting standards, and operational best practices.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing Amazon seller central accounts (5+ years preferred).
- Strong background in accounting, P&L Management, and Financial Analysis.
- Expertise in Procurement, Inventory management, and Supply Chain.
- Leadership skills with experience managing a team.
- Analytical, strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Smart, hardworking, and able to thrive in a fast-paced e-commerce environment
