Admissions Officer

Capital Education Group is currently seeking applicants to fill the position of Admissions Officer for Diploma Level Courses in Business & Information Technology.

This is a business development position which has very attractive incentives.

Candidate will be required to:

• Promote various higher education programs
• Represent the university at exhibitions and recruitment events in UAE and overseas
• Work in close coordination with agents, schools, and liaise with prospective students
• Counsel learners over phone and face-to-face at the University and venues
• Present program specifications, deliver talks to groups of prospective students
• Provide information, advice, and guidance to students
• Maintain strong after sales support and student retention
• Actively participate in the production of marketing collateral, advertisements and contribute to the strong online presence of the University
• Appraise and report daily work development to supervisor
• Excellent telephonic and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications:

An ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, rapport-building skills, and multicultural competency should be a university graduate with at least 2 years of experience in marketing and recruitment in higher education.
