Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Admission Officer (Sales & Marketing) to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing international student admissions, guiding prospective students through the entire process, and ensuring an exceptional enrollment experience.

This role involves maintaining strong communication with students and parents, supporting marketing and promotional activities, and collaborating closely with internal teams to achieve admission targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle student inquiries and provide detailed information about academic programs and admission requirements.
  • Guide and support students throughout the application, documentation, and enrollment process.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and student recruitment drives.
  • Maintain accurate student records and manage CRM databases effectively.
  • Participate in education fairs, events, and institutional visits when required.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets in line with organizational goals.

Qualifications & Eligibility Criteria

  • Strong interpersonal, sales, and customer service skills.
  • Experience in international admissions, student recruitment, or educational counseling.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage administrative tasks and maintain detailed records.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Prior experience in the education sector is an advantage.
  • Must be currently based in the UAE.
  • Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in a similar role preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
