Job Description

We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Admissions Officer to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates with a sales mindset who can effectively communicate with prospective students, build strong relationships, and contribute to business growth through admissions and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact, follow up, and nurture prospective student leads via phone, WhatsApp, email, and other channels
• Counsel students on available programs, admission requirements, and eligibility criteria
• Check and verify student eligibility in line with institutional guidelines
• Convert qualified leads into confirmed admissions by meeting weekly and monthly targets
• Build and maintain strong rapport with students, clients, agents, and corporate partners
• Identify and explore opportunities for business development, including partnerships with agents, corporates, and other stakeholders
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions status using CRM or internal systems
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth enrollment and onboarding process

Requirements

• 0–1 year of experience in admissions, education counseling, sales, tele-sales, or a similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong ability to build rapport and long-term relationships with clients, agents, and corporates
• Target-driven attitude with the ability to work under pressure
• Persuasion and negotiation skills to effectively close admissions
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems is an advantage
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
