Admissions Student Interviewer

Mission of the Position:

The mission of this role is to support and guide prospective students through the admissions process by conducting professional, high-quality conversations that help evaluate fit and create a positive, welcoming experience. This position serves as a key representative of our institutes, engaging applicants through virtual interviews and communications, primarily via Zoom, while maintaining a polished on-camera presence and clear, effective communication.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct student interviews and take detailed transcription notes on student responses.
  • Other administrative tasks may be assigned, such as Admissions and Scholarship Inbox management.

Required Competencies:

  • Undergraduate Degree.
  • Proficient in the English language.
  • Available 20–35 hours per week.
  • Ability to hold high-level conversations with students applying.
  • Comfortable and professional on camera.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Familiar with technology, especially Zoom, and capable of troubleshooting when needed.

Preferred Competencies:

  • Experience in interviewing and working with students.
  • Customer service experience is also preferred.
