Remote Customer Service

Insight Global is seeking a Remote Outbound Enrollment Representative for a telehealth and food care company. The goal of this company is to connect members to one on one telehealth nutrition counseling with Registered Dietitians and support them with a digital platform that includes meal planning, grocery savings, and food access resources—all designed to improve health outcomes and reduce costs. This is a free benefit offered through the members health plan. In this role, you will contact eligible individuals to educate them on the client’s services and the benefits of meeting with a Registered Dietitian—all from the comfort of their home. You will then help schedule their first initial consultation with one of the client's Registered Dietitian's and get them excited about starting this new journey. You are the first point of contact that most people will have, so your ability to connect with people is crucial!

You will have weekly appointment scheduling quotas that you will be required to hit, so this person needs to be comfortable working daily in a high-volume calling environment.

The main responsibilities include:

* Make high volume outbound calls to potential new members and explain the benefits of utilizing this free benefit through their insurance (requirement of 150+ calls per day)

* Follow a call script without sounding like you are reading from it- making it sound like your own and be engaging on the phone

* Hit the daily goal of getting 10-14+ new members signed up per day

* Address any questions or concerns that members may have about tele-nutrition, and escalate any issues to the team leader, as needed

Required Skills:

  • All candidates must have reliable personal computer or laptop running Windows 11 with at least 8GB of RAM OR the MacOS 12.7.4 or higher (no Chromebooks allowed)
  • Experience in a high-volume outbound calling role with the ability to make 150+ calls a day without getting burned out
  • Prior healthcare experience- experience handling sensitive and confidential information with strong knowledge of HIPAA compliance
  • Must be tech savvy- comfortable learning new systems and quickly navigating through multiple systems
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds with varying levels of technical understanding
  • Adaptable to change - thrives in a fast-moving, start-up environment and capable of working independently while staying on task and adhering to remote policies
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to balance multiple responsibilities and priorities without sacrificing quality
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams to meet shared goals and deadlines

Plusses:

  • Bilingual in another language (If they are applying as a bilingual team member, they must be comfortable explaining complex details of healthcare related information)
  • Proficient in Google Suite applications, Zoom Call Center, or Retool software
  • Strong passion for health and wellness
