Key Responsibilities:
- Generate admissions by creating a steady flow of inquiries through school seminars, open seminars, and residential outreach activities.
- Visit schools to meet principals, coordinators, and management teams for business development and to support admissions.
- Conduct home visits to counsel students and parents, provide guidance, and convert inquiries into confirmed admissions.
- Build connections with local tuition teachers to identify new student leads.
- Follow up with parents to ensure timely collection of pending fees.
- Manage the student journey smoothly by handling necessary administrative tasks.
- Provide excellent customer service by maintaining good relationships with students and parents and resolving concerns quickly.
- Ensure adherence to all internal processes, documentation standards, and compliance guidelines.
