The Senior Performance Marketing Specialist will be responsible for the strategic planning, execution, optimisation, and scaling of paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads ecosystems.
This role requires a commercially minded individual with a deep understanding of eCommerce performance metrics, full-funnel strategy, attribution modelling, and budget efficiency.
The successful candidate must demonstrate a proven track record of scaling online revenue while maintaining strong return on ad spend (ROAS) and cost control.
Key Responsibilities1. Paid Media Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement comprehensive paid media strategies across:
- Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, YouTube)
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Build structured full-funnel acquisition frameworks (Prospecting, Retargeting, Loyalty)
- Align paid media initiatives with overall commercial and revenue targets
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research
2. Campaign Optimisation & Scaling
- Monitor and optimise KPIs including:
- ROAS
- CPA
- CAC
- CTR
- Conversion Rate
- Execute structured A/B testing frameworks (creative, audience, copy, landing pages)
- Identify scaling opportunities while maintaining profitability thresholds
- Improve audience segmentation and advanced retargeting strategies
3. Data, Tracking & Attribution
- Ensure accurate tracking implementation including:
- Google Tag Manager
- GA4
- Meta Pixel
- Conversion API (CAPI)
- Oversee Google Merchant Center feed optimisation
- Analyse attribution models and identify data discrepancies
- Produce structured weekly and monthly performance reports with strategic insights
4. Budget & Forecast Management
- Manage and allocate advertising budgets effectively
- Forecast revenue and acquisition targets
- Maintain disciplined cost control and margin protection
- Recommend strategic budget reallocations based on performance data
5. Creative & CRO Collaboration
- Provide performance-driven creative direction to content teams
- Guide development of:
- Static and video ads
- Product-focused creatives
- UGC-style campaigns
- Collaborate on landing page optimisation and conversion rate improvement initiatives
