Lead Gen Specialist

NCRi Pakistan is looking for a results-driven Lead Gen Specialist who can drive high-quality B2B leads through Meta & Google campaigns and advanced prospecting tools like Apollo.io.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, launch, and optimize social media lead generation campaigns, primarily on Meta (Facebook) and Instagram Ads.
  • Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns for lead generation and brand visibility.
  • Build and manage targeted prospect lists using Apollo.io, Bombora, HubSpot, or other data tools.
  • Identify ideal customer profiles based on company services and target markets.
  • Launch and manage cold email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on interest and fit.
  • Book qualified meetings directly on the sales team’s calendar.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, responses, and meetings in CRM or Google Sheets.
  • A/B test messaging, ad creatives, and campaign strategies to improve reply and conversion rates.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and outreach best practices.
  • Coordinate daily with sales to hand off qualified leads.

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience in B2B lead generation
  • Proven experience running Meta Ads & Google Ads campaigns
  • Strong working knowledge of Apollo.io
  • Understanding of lead qualification and sales funnels
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
