NCRi Pakistan is looking for a results-driven Lead Gen Specialist who can drive high-quality B2B leads through Meta & Google campaigns and advanced prospecting tools like Apollo.io.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, and optimize social media lead generation campaigns, primarily on Meta (Facebook) and Instagram Ads.
- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns for lead generation and brand visibility.
- Build and manage targeted prospect lists using Apollo.io, Bombora, HubSpot, or other data tools.
- Identify ideal customer profiles based on company services and target markets.
- Launch and manage cold email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on interest and fit.
- Book qualified meetings directly on the sales team’s calendar.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, responses, and meetings in CRM or Google Sheets.
- A/B test messaging, ad creatives, and campaign strategies to improve reply and conversion rates.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and outreach best practices.
- Coordinate daily with sales to hand off qualified leads.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in B2B lead generation
- Proven experience running Meta Ads & Google Ads campaigns
- Strong working knowledge of Apollo.io
- Understanding of lead qualification and sales funnels
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
