Job Description:
Jacked Nutrition is looking for a results-driven and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns across multiple platforms, managing a team, and working closely with the marketing department to drive brand growth and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
• Monitor campaign performance, budgets, and ROI, and implement data-driven improvements.
• Lead and manage the digital marketing team, ensuring timely execution of tasks and campaigns.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align digital strategies with overall brand and promotional plans.
• Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve website ranking, traffic, and visibility.
• Analyze website and campaign performance using analytics tools and generate regular performance reports.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of SEO (on-page and off-page).
• Experience in leading or managing a digital marketing team.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and budget management skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Preferred:

• Experience in e-commerce, retail, or fitness/supplement industry.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Tag Manager, or other marketing tools.
