Social Media and Email Marketing Associate

Job Overview

We are looking for a Social Media and Email Marketing Executive to support the planning and execution of our digital marketing activities across social media and email channels. This role is suited for a mid-level professional who is confident in day-to-day campaign execution and content coordination, while continuing to develop analytical and strategic skills.

The successful candidate will work closely with the marketing team to maintain consistent communication, manage scheduled campaigns, and monitor performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities

Create, edit, and schedule social media posts across platforms
Assist in drafting and sending newsletters and promotional email campaigns
Support basic email automations under supervision
Maintain and update content calendars
Monitor engagement and campaign performance, preparing basic reports
Make minor design adjustments using Canva for social media creatives
Coordinate with internal team members for approvals and campaign alignment
Stay informed about relevant social media updates and content trends

Requirements
1–3 years of experience in social media management or email marketing
Good copywriting skills with a clear understanding of brand tone
Familiarity with email marketing tools and social scheduling platforms
Basic working knowledge of Canva
Understanding of engagement metrics (reach, CTR, open rate, etc.)
Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage deadlines
