Job Overview
We are seeking an organized and proactive Social Media Assistant to support our digital marketing efforts. Reporting directly to the Social Media Manager, you will execute daily strategies, engage with our online community, and ensure client deliverables are met with excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Content & Scheduling: Draft engaging English captions and manage the content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn using tools like Meta Business Suite.
Community Management: Promptly monitor and respond to comments, mentions, and DMs.
Trend Tracking: Research daily viral audios, hashtags, and content formats to keep accounts relevant.
Reporting & Admin: Assist in gathering weekly performance analytics, provide updates, and organize client assets.
Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience managing professional social media accounts.
Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
Strong understanding of social algorithms and scheduling platforms.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
