Responsibilities

- Conduct detailed keyword research to identify high-value search terms that enhance campaign performance and visibility.
- Monitor campaign performance using web analytics tools like Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager; analyze data to optimize ad spend and improve conversion rates.
- Develop media planning strategies that align with overall marketing objectives, ensuring effective budget allocation for PPC (Pay-Per-Click) campaigns.
- Manage affiliate marketing programs by coordinating with partners to expand reach and increase sales through targeted media buying efforts.
- Perform ongoing A/B testing of ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting parameters to maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement and strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in performance marketing with a strong understanding of SEM (Search Engine Marketing), SEO (Search Engine Optimization), and media buying strategies.
- Hands-on experience managing advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads (formerly Google AdWords).
- Proficiency with SEO tools, web analytics software, and conversion optimization techniques to track KPIs and improve campaign outcomes.
- Solid knowledge of digital marketing channels including social media management, affiliate marketing, e-commerce advertising, and media planning.
- Ability to conduct comprehensive keyword research and utilize SEO tools effectively to enhance organic and paid search efforts.
- Strong budgeting skills with the ability to allocate resources efficiently across multiple campaigns while maintaining ROI targets.
- Excellent analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision making; familiarity with Google Analytics is essential.
