The noon ecosystem of services now includes marketplaces for food delivery, quick-commerce, fintech, and fashion. noon is a work in progress; we’re six years in, but only 5% done.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Manager to join our noon Ads team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in digital advertising, media management, and client servicing, with a proven track record of building and managing relationships with top brands or agencies.


What will you do?

This role requires someone who understands the advertising ecosystem, demonstrates strong commercial acumen, and possesses excellent negotiation and communication skills, key responsibilities are:

  • Manage and grow relationships with key endemic brands on platform and seller partners.
  • Develop and execute ad strategies aligned with brand objectives and business goals.
  • Drive ads discussions, negotiations, and campaign execution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Category, Marketing, and Product) to deliver impactful ad solutions.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights and optimizations.
  • Stay informed about advertising trends, competitors, and emerging media opportunities.


What you’ll need?

  • 6+ years of relevant experience in digital advertising or media sales.
  • Prior experience working in media agencies or with tier 1 electronics or FMCG brands.
  • Strong understanding of digital ads, media buying, and performance marketing.
  • Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and analytical skills.
  • Smart, proactive and confident communicator with the ability to manage multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prior experience managing a team.
  • Fluency in English , Arabic and Chinese is preferred
  • This role is based in Egypt, but flexibility to travel is needed
