Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Ad Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with paid advertising, and a solid understanding of SEO and website optimization to maximize traffic, conversions, and ROI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns to achieve marketing and business objectives.
  • Monitor daily campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and implement data-driven optimizations to improve ROI and conversion rates.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, A/B testing, and budget optimization to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve website rankings, visibility, and organic traffic.
  • Perform on-page SEO optimization, including meta tags, content optimization, and technical improvements.
  • Manage, update, and optimize website content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and compliance with search engine best practices.
  • Prepare performance reports, insights, and recommendations for management.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, algorithm updates, and platform best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles, tools, and analytics.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and ad reporting tools.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and time-management abilities.

Experience

  • 6 Months - 1 year of experience in paid advertising, performance marketing, or digital marketing.
  • Experience in managing multiple campaigns across different objectives is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
