We’re looking for a results-driven Ads Specialist with proven expertise in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other digital channels. Position Overview
The Ads Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing high-performing paid ad campaigns aimed at increasing brand visibility, generating leads, and maximizing return on investment.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage paid ad campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis to drive campaign success.
- Develop engaging ad creatives and copy tailored to each platform’s audience.
- Monitor campaign budgets, track KPIs, and continuously refine strategies for optimal performance.
- Set up and manage conversion tracking using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and related tools.
- Run A/B tests for creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies to improve outcomes.
- Provide regular performance reports, insights, and recommendations to management.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, policies, and tools in PPC and social media advertising.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as an Ads Specialist / PPC Specialist managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or multi-platform campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing funnels, conversion optimization, and lead generation strategies.
- Proficiency in Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Ads, and conversion tracking tools.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Knowledge of SEO, landing page optimization, and remarketing strategies (preferred).
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven with the ability to work independently.
